Not the answer you're looking for? I am not sure whether this is the right answer but it worked for me so i thought it would help the community too. It was a Red X on one of the websites, the other said I dont have Java. If you have installed it before, probably it was out of date. Try again with a 32 bit Java Runtime Environment, or preferred upgrade your Eclipse to a 64 bit version. I got the same problem after installing: PyCharm.
